How long is delivery?

It depends on destination but should not be more than 10 days

What if my product arrives damaged?

RETURNS

Can I return a personalized sign?


Because every LumiSign is custom-made specifically for you, personalized products generally cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
