1. About LumiSign
These Terms govern purchases from and use of LumiSign. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

LumiSign offers made-to-order personalised illuminated address signs.
Customers are responsible for checking personalisation details before ordering. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Product images are illustrative and minor appearance differences may occur due to screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euro (€). The price applicable to an order is the price shown when the order is placed.
Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the tax configuration and legal requirements applicable at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed before production begins. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where required because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability, legal restrictions or materially incorrect customer information.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
5. Production and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Returns and Withdrawal
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Personalised or made-to-order products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.
This does not limit rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
7. Warranty and Statutory Rights
LumiSign provides a 2-year commercial warranty against covered manufacturing defects.
This commercial warranty is additional to and does not replace or limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
In the Netherlands, statutory conformity rights do not have a fixed two-year duration and depend on what a consumer may reasonably expect from the product.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, texts and product designs are owned by or licensed to LumiSign and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission except where permitted by law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the consumer's country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected.
